Absolutely horrible customer service. They use bait and switch tactics, we basically had to pay for a second pair of tickets because somehow our dates got mixed up, as other people have mentioned. So instead of paying $ 200 for a one way ticket we ended up paying $ 400. I’ve never heard of an airline refusing to change your date for you or give you a refund, especially when you call them 2 minute after you receive an email confirming the wrong date.

I used to be a fan of this stupid airline because it was cheap. They just stole $ 139 USD. I made a reservation online and paid. Three minutes after I paid I realized that I pick the wrong date. It was one week earlier than I needed.
All airlines in the world let you make changes to on-​line transactions if you do that within minutes of the booking (typically up to an hour or four hours).
Well… This is not the case for Interjet. They basically want you to pay a penalty which was more than the value of the ticket.
The last time I traveled from Mexico City to Huatulco, there was a delayed of 6 hours… Yes six hours for a one hour trip.
Did Interjet refund me any money? Absolutely not!!!
I will NEVER use this airline ever. I would prefer to pat Aetomexico $ 10 USD more instead of giving them to Interjet.

I’m a frequent traveler and never I experienced a bad customer service like that before:
Yesterday me and my friend both on the same computer went to buy a ticket on edreams site for Mexico City to Tijuana on February 29. Everything went well we verified the information 3 times to make sure everything was what we wanted and then hit confirm. When we got the confirmation e-​mail the date was changed to February 25 with the exact same time. Right away we called the Flight company (lost about 4 hours of my time to try to solve the issue), without any success: they said that there was nothing to do, they repeated the something over and over and said that I should pay 70 $ per person to make any changes.
Interjet is BIG LOSS of time and Money

Interjet’s fares are decent compared to other airlines, we recently flew from JFK to MEX and the trip was smooth, I was pleasantly surprised by the leg room, and the inflight services. In general we had a good experience flying Interjet and we would definitely use their services in the future.

Whatever you do, do not fly with this airline!!! I have traveled for many years and several times a year and this has been beyond the WORST experience I have ever had. I would give it zero stars if I could but I cannot. They have rude, untrained employees. They treated the passengers like they were unimportant. We were held in an airplane for over an hour with no AC on while they diagnosed a problem with the plane. They never updated passengers as they promised. Then when they allowed us to get off board, they put us on a bus and kept us there for another period of time without allowing us to enter the airport. We then have a
Medical emergency on board and THEY DID NOT OPEN THE DOORS, no matter how much commotion was made. Thankfully, passengers onboard forced the doors open. Then to make matters better, their staff blocked the doors into the airport. When asked why no one helped, their response in Spanish, «we are not doctors». Instead they are incompetent! Do not fly this airline, do not waste your money on this airline!!!

WORST AIRLINE EVER!!! and I’m pretty sure you’ve read this before by other consumers!!! Don’t expect a friendly airline and even worst if you expect them to work with cancellations. First and foremost they don’t speak English and if they do, they’re very limited on their comprehensive skills. Second after I was on hold for 1 hour (RIDICULOUS!!!) they hung up I had 3 different phones trying to contact them to cancel my flight. Afterwards they suggested me calling them back be they didn’t have the capability to correct their OWN mistake and give me a courtesy call. The flight was leaving in two hours! They representatives are RUDE AND DECIDED to disconnect rather than to transfer me to a supervisor. STAY AWAY!!! I would rather fly on the wing of any other airline than ever consider this one again!

This is a great airline… The planes are modern. Leg space is very comfortable. Nice beverage service, liquor for free! What’s neat is when we were taking off and landing we got to see the landing on a screen because there is a camera attached to the bottom of the plane it was really exciting! What a concept. Very clever –well done, Internet!

Interjet is actually a pretty decent budget airline. They fly to quite a few destinations within Mexico, and even to a few other countries in the region. Checked baggage is included in the ticket price as are assigned seats. One of the biggest problems I’ve found with Interjet, is really a problem with seemingly all Mexican airlines. That is, they are not honest with their customers when flights are delayed. Signs will continue to say «a tiempo» and there will be no announcements, even after the departure time has lapsed. Even still, for the price, Interjet is a pretty good option.

A la hora de armar un presupuesto para viajar, una de las cosas que a veces salen más caras es el avión.
Una excelente opción es Interjet esta empresa mexicana que en los últimos años ha crecido muchísimo y por lo tanto ha expandido sus rutas.
Para destinos nacionales tienen Monterrey, Guadalajara, Oaxaca, Cancún entre otros, y sus vuelos en comparación con otras aerolineas son bastante baratos.
Entre sus destinos internacionales puedes encontrar New York, Cuba, Miami, Costa Rica, y Las vegas por mencionar algunos.
Algunos vuelos salen más baratos si sales del Aeropuerto de Toluca, y si no tienes a un buen amigo o alguien que te de un raid para allá, puedes irte en unas de sus camionetas que salen en Reforma, WTC, Antara, Satélite y Santa Fe.

Viajar es una de las cosas que más disfruto hacer, sin embargo odio el trayecto de un lugar al otro, porque siempre es incomodo, tenemos poco espacio personal y es bastante cansado. Al tener una relación amorosa a larga distancia gracias al trabajo de mi pareja me he visto obligada a viajar de forma más asidua y debo decir que una de las aerolíneas en las que más disfruto viajar es Interjet.
A diferencia de Volaris que tiene varios problemas con la precisión de las salidas de sus vuelos. Interjet tiene un modo fácil y placentero de viajar, casi no me han tocado cambios en los vuelos y si tengo un problema y necesito cambiar mi vuelo, me ayudan a cambiarlo en segundos.
Utilizando esta aerolínea aprendí la facilidad de viajar pudiendo hacer check in unas horas antes de mi vuelo, eligiendo mi lugar (siempre en la orilla) y imprimiendo mi pase de abordar sin tener que preocuparme mucho. Algo que también me pareció bastante bueno es que con las bebidas siempre dan algo chiquito para disfrutar como por ejemplo unas papas o galletas, a diferencia de Volaris que todo te lo cobra, creo que este detalle y el que sea un avión mucho más espaciado hace toda la diferencia.
