Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. This hotel made a difference for me. Why? They understood, what the customer wants. This should go without saying, but is seldom the case. Breakfast from 6 – 10(included in price) Not top selection, but decent. I liked the waffle machine. A radio in the room with big digits(you love this is you are beyond 50) and a cable to plug into your smartphone to have the radio as a loudspeaker for your own music. So simple, why does not each hotel have this? The best: happy hour from 6pm to 8pm. Free beer, free warm meals. Of course not hot cuisine but good enough. The possibility to sit outside at the pool. You get your 5th star if you replace the stone aged loud aircon by somthing more modern.

This place is a oasis in the city. Rooms are on the bigger size. Extremely clean! Love happy hour is INCREDIBLE! Unlimited beverages, and snacks. Service at the front desk is professional and courteous. Don’t have to look anyplace other than Hampton Inn! Vive Chihuahua!

Hands down the best hotel to stay at in Chihuahua. Very few hotels anywhere off the customer service that this hotel does. Most catering to traveling business people, the offer a better than usual full breakfast and dinner every day. Full self service bar during happy hour from 6−8pm. I’ve heard from co-workers that some of the rooms ac units don’t work very well. But I guess it’s hit or miss because I’ve never had the issue. There is one other hotel that’s good but the shuttle service isn’t as willing as the Hampton inn’s is for restaurant or tourism rides.
