All Ritmo Waterpark

This hotel completely killed my mood for this vacation that I needed to relax. The hotel itself needs a lot of updates and upgrades.
We actually had to request another room because our first room was just so disappointing. It smell funky when we arrived, felt humid and the AC was off. There was no face towel, no hand towel, no feet towel, only 2 towels and it was four of us, no iron, no cabinets, no iron board. The bathtub was disgusting, it looked like it had been broken, glued back together and painted on top. It was an overall mess. And the «beach view» was not worth it.
Then we were «upgraded» to a «junior suite». If this is the best they can give than the hotel needs to update a lot. They had tube tvs. Like we are in the 21^st century. At least this room had what we needed. The bathroom was still disappointing. It was really plain and nothing «wow». The bed felt not clean. We were very disappointed.
The food was ok. Sometimes it was cold when it was cooked food. The playroom had four tables to play with. Two of them were broken. The pool had rust and some corners were chipped away. It did not look appealing. The «free» wifi was not always available even if you were at the lobby.
The hotel had nothing more to offer that we were bored most of the nights after dinner. It was very boring. The kids were bored. It’s not worth your hard earned money for a vacation. It’s falling apart. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I wasted my money on this vacation. So disappointed.

Don’t be fooled. It isn’t in the best area (kind of ghetto). It is cheaper compared to other resorts, but we checked in and checked right back out within 2 hours. The place is so run down. Even my 4 year old daughter questioned if it was a hotel or not? The room was ok, and the bathroom was disgusting. Having to walk outdoors to get to the room on the third floor (no elevators) was a pain in the butt. I didn’t even stay til nightfall because I felt so unsafe there. The waterpark was across the street which was not convient at all. You need a card to get a towel by the pool. (My husband had the card on him and he went to the lobby to use the Internet. (Yes, didn’t even have wifi unless you go to lobby or purchase it). My daughter was shivering with blue lips, and the guy refuse to give me a towel!!). I couldn’t even relax by the pool while my daughter swim bc there’s a guy hosting loudly on the microphone speaking Spanish the entire time. Makes me wonder if ppl are even paying attention to him bc I’m pretty sure others out there dont even speak the language. The pictures of this location on «tripadvisor» was very deceiving. It is not nice at all if you like luxury and a nice clean place. That’s what a vacation is all about.

El precio de éste lugar es bastante razonable, en comparacion con otras opciones dentro de la ciudad, tanto el hotel como el parque acuático son all-​inclusive, por lo cual, te hospedes o solo vayas al water park, tendrás alimentos y bebidas para disfrutar durante tu estancia. La comida, no puedo decir que es la mejor, sin embargo está es comestible y medianamente buena, las bebidas, no son premium, sin embargo, tienes barra libre de bebidas alcohólicas ideal para los papás y barra libre de bebidas no alcohólicas para los mas peques de la casa. Verdaderanmente, sea cual sea tu destino (hotel o parque) podrás disfrutar de atracciones acuaticas y buenas amenidades, por un precio razonabloe.

Este es un buen lugar para ir con los niños, pagas un precio razonable, es all inclusive y muy divertido.
Aunque es un parque acuático en realidad pequeño, es suficiente para que los ninños lo pasen de lo lindo, tiene 2 toboganes, una mega cubeta que se va llenando y una vez que esta llena, se voltea empapando a los que estén abajo, chapoteadero, cacha de fútbol, en fin, es muy buena opción para pasar el día a gusto, nosotros hemos pasado 2 cumpleaños de mi hija ahí y ella lo ha disfrutado mucho.
Algo que me encanta es que por lo que pagas tienen barra libre, donde hacen cocktelitos ricos con y sin alcohol, te puedes tomar una o muchas piñas coladas, o el que es mi favorito, un daiquirí de fresa, o una cerveza.
Y en cuanto a la comida, muy rica, hay ceviche, hamburguesas y buffette, ya con eso desquitas el costo de la entrada, hay barra de postres también, así que te puedes ir temprano, a las 9, desayunar y comer ahí y quedarte hasta las 5.

Este es un lugar ideal para niños definitivamente. Me toco visitarlos las pasadas vacaciones ya que con sarcasmo les puedo decir que me fui a Cancún a vacacionar. Quede con muchas ganas de volver a regresar, una salida más en mi lista de pendientes, les comento porque es ideal para los niños, tiene toboganes de todos los tamaños, y también tiene una cubeta enorme en la parte de hasta arriba, la cual se voltea cuando llega al límite. Mis hijos que son medio aventados estaban todos emocionados cada vez que sucedía y hasta la esperaban en las escaleras de arriba. No se diga de la comida es barra libre no dejes de probar las hamburguesas y la barra de ensaladas, las bebidas también ya que dentro de lo que pagas por la entrada te incluye la comida.
Tiene tres albercas o chapoteaderos si mal no recuerdo todos de diferentes tamaños pero ninguno muy profundo ideal para los niños, también hay un golfito en el cual se divierten bastante. También tienen varias actividades como fútbol y tiro con arco. Eso si los costos por persona si son elevaditos, algo carito si va una familia de más de seis personas como es mi caso (y no vamos todos ehh, dejo al perico en casa jajajaja) pero haciendo una vaquita con todos los integrantes si sale y la verdad lo vale, sobre todo por la comida y bebidas.
Una buena opción para pasar tooodo un día completo.
