Quite possibly the best meal I’ve had in Mexico on this trip, or any other. This is a small outdoor restaurant a few blocks from the beach. Very classy décor and outstanding service. Owner/chef is onsite and makes sure you’re happy. Kids have much to choose from that did not include fried chicken nuggets and fries. Plies free wifi helped the adults eat our meal with few interruptions. The tuna sashimi was tender and smoky. The ceviche among the best I’ve ever had. But the mind-blowing tuna tartare is the reason that I have to go back. It is unique. We were eating pescavore last night, so the platter that the adults shared had shtrimp and lobster tails, veggies and mashed potatoes. They will but a porterhouse on there too for a bella surf and turf, which looked heavenly on the next table. A heavenly experience.

Two blocks from the beach sits this wonderful little restaurant that deserves a lot of attention. The décor and atmosphere is wonderful even though you sit just feet from a street. Inside the open-air walls are quaint tables with cool lighting, great music and some of the best food I have ever had. We opted for the Chef’s special. Surf and turf. It came with the largest chop in the world, resembling Fred Flintstone’s lunch. With that came a handful or butterflied shrimp and a fantastic lobster tail. Add to that mashed potatoes, steamed veggies and a garlic drawn butter that makes you want to use a straw. The bread was something to write home about as was the included dessert of chocolate cake and ice cream. This was a meal that is fit for a king and good enough to be my last. The chef took a break from the open pit grill to say hello to us — what a nice guy as was the entire staff. I’ll be back!

Roasted comes highly recommended by various social media sites, however, our group wasn’t very impressed. We had to ask for menus, the menu was extremely limited, was only told about part of the specials, the our waiter NEVER once smiled. The chef must have forgotten to season our ribeyes(albeit they were perfectly grilled), 2 people in our group had the BBQ ribs and said they were amazing and would go back for just those. Atmosphere was very nice, the owner is extremely friendly and socializes with everyone which I like. My favorite part of this restaurant was the owner’s Great Dane.

We made two visits on our last trip to Cabo, both were outstanding! The bone in ribeye was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. and I live in beef country. The catch of the day was yellow fin tuna, it was prepared perfectly and accompanied with one of the best chili releno’s in recent memory. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation soon.

We just walked in to the restaurant and found a wonderful dining experience. Carlos seated us in a quiet little corner where we were able to watch the magic being performed on the mesquite grill. The food was delicious the service was excellent. They were extremely accommodating for changes and don’t miss out on the lemon cheesecake… it is out of this world!

Best food, service, atmosphere, and music in Cabo. We went here on our last night in Cabo. We made a reservation for 7 ahead of time and when we walked in they were already prepared for us. The owner greeted us. We wrote a note on the reservation that we had 3 vegetarians and they had already had designed and prepared some appetizer soups and appetizers for us. The carnivores of the group had the ribs, the queso with chorizo, the chicken, and the grilled garlic shrimp. They loved it as well. The ambiance of the restaurant was probably the best I’ve ever been to in any part of the world. Very well priced for what we got. Thank you to all the other Unilocalers — we followed their advice and they were exactly right. We would definitely go back if we were going to be here another night. See you next year!

An awesome newcomer to the cabo restaurant scene! Everything about my dining experience at Roasted was awesome. Great outdoor seating with excellent service. I shared a number of dishes from a menu filled with my favs. We started with sea bass tartar, and cheese and chorizo, and a caprese salad – all of which I would highly recommend. For our main we split the(falling off the bone) ribs which really knocked our socks off. At the end of our meal the server brought us a piece of cake on the house. Can’t wait to go back here.

I stayed at Cabos Villas and kept seeing this little restaurant every time I walked in to town and decided to eat there one night. This place will not disappoint! The food(Surf and Turf) was delicious and the ambiance is specular at night. Our service was outstanding as well.

Excellent meal, great service and ambiance. We had a reservation on New Years Eve. We had a reservation and they took us right away. They were attentive to our needs, but not overly so. The wine list was ample and we had a nice bottle of Pinot noir. We started with the tuna ceviche, which was perfect and fresh. My wife had a steak and a stuffed poblano pepper, which she said was the best she’d ever had. I had the catch of the day, tuna, which I thought was amazing. We took our time finishing the bottle, but they didn’t rush us even though there were folks waiting. In fact, they sent us a slice of chocolate cake(which tasted like fresh portillo’s chocolate cake) which was absolutely decadent. Great experience. Definitely would go back next time. It’s fairly small, so you’ll need a reservation on busy nights or for order parties.

What a find. I suggest reservations, the place was packed when we went. We started with the Queso and Chorizo which is great ! I ordered a ribeye and my wife ordered a lobster tail. Both were grilled to perfections over a wood grill. Service is outstanding and we chatted with the owners who were very nice. We will be back in the coming days. This place is the go to spot for great food while in Cabo.

The best tacos in town. Fresh ingredients with flavor. Sit at the bar and enjoy the grill.

Good service. Food was mediocre at far best. Steak with no steak knife that was far from tender. Shrimp was undercooked. Drinks are good and nice people but don’t expect great food despite the other reviews(that is unless you think Outback is great — then you will love this food). My advice to the restaurant — perfect the basics before you try to get creative at all.

Delicioso! Seafood combo tacos are out of this world. The homemade salsas are fantastic and the service is great. This charming open air restaurant is perfect for authentic Mexican and fresh ingredient in Cabo San Lucas.

We ordered the melted cheese with chorizo which was great. They served four sauces with chips which were all fantastic. For entrée we had the three fish meal, this is a meal for two, and we went with the shrimp, blackened mahi mahi and lobster. The lobster was horribly overcooked to a point that we didn’t eat it. The fish and the shrimp however were simply phenomenal!!! I am going to give them three stars because the waiter knew that the lobster was over cooked and he did nothing to remedy the situation. Taking into consideration the price they are charging, I expect the food to be good. They did serve us a complementary cheese cake for desert. The table next to us was raving about their rib eye. Overall, I would go back but have the shrimp.

We are so happy we found this great little restaurant on Unilocal. We started off with the tortilla soup and asparagus for appetizers and shared the seafood trio for dinner. Everything was fresh and seasoned perfectly. The waiter also recommended a great white wine to go along with our fish. The only downside of this restaurant is that it is on a noisy block, but we quickly forgot about the noise when we received a complimentary dessert to share. We will be back.

This was by far the best food we had during our week long trip to Cabo! We really liked the décor while walking by and LOVED the fact that no one was outside trying to entice us to come in with cheap specials… So we decided to give it a try! The place was packed– every table but one was filled! Started with the chorizo queso– it was delicious. We asked for extra tortillas and were very impressed by the speedy service(also the best service we had our entire trip). I had the special of the night which included lobster, shrimp, and the catch of the day– some of the best fresh seafood I have had! Great garlic butter dipping sauce! The cooked vegetables were very good also… My date had the taco sampler plate… Also very good. We topped the tacos off with their«mexican salsa» aka pico. Very fresh. Very good! The owner(or manager possibly) was very nice and came by our table many times. He was extremely nice and welcoming! Their drinks were refreshing. Both had margaritas– I had a very flavorful pineapple margarita– bartender was quick to serve– super nice! Our server, Juan Carlos, was very helpful. He was attentive to our needs and quick to respond. His runner, Alberto, also top notch. He was quick to notice that we were both a bit uncomfortable with how hot it was outside and was quick to find a fan to place directly by our table to keep us comfortable. We did not even think to ask him… He just acted quickly– which was greatly appreciated. If you want a fun atmosphere, great drinks, great food, and AMAZING service– find this place and give it a try like we did! It is definitely worth the trip. Note: this place was pricey for Mexico standards– but you get what you pay for. Our meal was about $ 100 and included an appetizer, 5 drinks, 2 meals, and 2 desserts!

Love this little restaurant, the ambiance and customer service is beyond great! The owner Xavier flagged us in last night after having a horrible dinner at Jack’s Bar. Xavier and his staff as well as amazing food, drinks and the very best pico we have ever had will leave you beyond pleased. The atmosphere is casual, quaint with a touch of sophistication and some of the best food & drinks we have had in Cabo. Don’t get me started on the music, so chill but so beyond great. I couldn’t recommend Roasted Grill & Bar enough! Come see Xavier and his staff, you won’t be disappointed!

Wow! This place was awesome. The manager, Havier, is so nice and accommodating. He visited our table and got to know us. I felt so welcomed and had a great time there. The food was delicious and exactly what you want in Mexico. I highly suggest the shrimp tacos– my favorite out of the combo bunch. Everything about this place was great. I will be back next time in visiting Cabo! Thank you, Roasted staff! You made my trip so much more fun!!!
