B-Align Pilates

I’ve been going to B-​Align for close to a year now and I can feel the difference that it is making. When I first called them, I was a little skeptical as their FB page is practically dead and their website isn’t all that attractive either. I wasn’t even sure that they were still operating.
However, I went in anyway and Jackie was so impressive that I signed up immediately. She checked whether I had diastasis recti as I had just given birth, and sure enough, I did. Never even heard of the condition before this! Due to her packed schedule, I ended up taking Dehressa’s classes, which I absolutely love. She is very informative, and unfortunately, has very sharp eyes. She can tell if you’re not engaging the correct muscles and will coach you through until you get it right. She’s funny too so class is always challenging but fun.
Price is a little steep here compared to other pilates centres, but worth it for such great instructors. It’s no wonder that they can afford to stay quiet as they have long term clients that keep coming back for more.
