The Naked Lunch Box

Healthy lunch boxes with delivery have been taking KL by storm as office workers now have the option to eat healthily without compromising on taste and time. I was eager to try out one of the lunch boxes as my usual lunch menu wasn’t exactly the most nutritious meal to begin with.
Packing and cooking my own food for work will also require time that I simply did not have. I opted to place an order with The Naked Lunch Box as its creative menu caught my eye.
Love Me Tender was on the March menu and consisted of coconut-​cashew chicken tenders, sweet potato fries and baba ghanoush dip (964 calories) which sounded really yummy. Placing the order was an easy process as I had to simply whatsapp the number displayed on the website and I liked how there were photos of each meal as well. Payment was made via online transfer so that was convenient. The delivery however was a let down as the estimated arrival time was supposed to be between 11am-12.30pm but my delivery guy only came at 1.40pm. By that time, I was already starving and the food was of course a little soggy.
Nevertheless, I enjoyed the combination of coconut with chicken as it was something unique that surprisingly worked well together. The baba ghanoush dip was also homemade and delicious. I was also pleasantly surprised that they included six pieces of chicken tenders which was more than I initially expected as I paid RM14.90 for the meal. If it wasn’t for the delivery mishap, I would have a better impression of the service.
