Walked into this store to look for a gift with my mother and the two store assistants were not helpful at all. Instead, one of them were gossiping about a friend of hers on the phone while cackling away really loudly. The other assistant tried to help us but just stood in a corner and seemed more interested in the conversation happening in the background and was often giggling too. I thought it was extremely rude and I usually let these things slide but the environment wasn’t welcoming and the gossiping happening in the back was not conducive at all. Coming from a highly renowned pewter store in Malaysia, I would have expected a better service coming from a local brand to make us proud but unfortunately, it didn’t prove so. Perhaps this was just one of the very bad experiences I’ve got out of the many other pleasant ones but I really hope their service in the KLCC branch is a dozen times better!
