From the outside, the shop looks very rundown and old. Don’t judge a book by its cover, and you definitely cannot judge a shop by the exterior. Take some to look through the items in PJ Junk Store and you might surprise yourself in what you can find from the shop.
Finding parking at this area can be a little tricky, but it’s still fairly easy compare to the SS2 square. Try to avoid coming here on a Thursday evening because there will be a weekly night market at the area, and you do not want to get stuck in between the crowd and stalls.

PJ Junk Store is located in the heart of SS2, right and the other corner of Kayu Nasi Kandar. The outside of the store is rather unappealing and with all the macho sweaty guys outside you will definitely feel a little reluctant to walk in. If you’re keen to find yourself some good second hand items, this is your place to go. PJ Junk Store sell mostly second hand furniture and electronics, mostly items like stove, refrigerator, oven and second hand sofas and chairs. Being used items, the price is very affordable for a sofa ranging from RM100 to RM900.
Occasionally, you’ll also find yourself some quirky collectibles and decorative items so like all collectors do, you might want to visit more frequently if you want to scout yourself some «treasures». And yah, finding a parking here is a bliss so even at a rushed day this place would be convenient to visit.
