I find the black pepper in the chicken roulade to be a bit heavy. It overpowered the taste of the chicken and other sauces. The hickory BBQ spare ribs is soft and tender. It is glazed with BBQ sauce prior to grilling. Thus, the sauce is rather light during consumption. Be prepared to wait up to 25 minutes for the spare ribs.
