I love massages and I visit massage parlours every month. Emerald Touch was convenient and near my place so I decided to go over one afternoon. They specialize in Burmese and Thai massage but the masseuse that serviced me that day was Cambodian.
The place is no frills with no special treatment, just cheap and pretty good shoulder and back massages. I have only tried the foot massage at this place and it’s under RM 50 for an hour, a good deal if you ask me. The other plus to this place is that it is open till midnight, which means you can get a relaxation timeout even after a long workday. They have a happy hour deal for RM 50 or 1 hour foot massage and 1 hour body massage from 3 pm– 6pm.
If you think the pressure is too hard, you can always alert the masseuse and they will be happy to tone it down a notch. They use regular oil here and that usually is enough for lubrication in my opinion, no need for those aromatherapy oils if you just want to loosen the knacks in your joints. But if you have any muscle pains, best not to go for this type of massage as it has more impact on the pressure points of the body instead.
