Vin’s Restaurant & Bar

One thing I really like about vins is the wine list. It’s a bad specialized on wine and you can choose from the vast variety of reds, whites to dessert wine. Vins also serve food for those of you looking for food to pair with your wine. Many business and corporate people would go there so if that’s the place you wanna mingle and be around, you should give this place a try. Being a fellow wine lover, I would even just drop by go buy a couple of bottles.
Food is pretty good there as well. I had salted egg calamari and it was pretty good. Had a couple of other finger food as I was drinking as well. The ambience isn’t too bad. You wouldn’t feel dodgy or anything like that. It’s a nice place to drown yourself with conversations.

Vin’s has such a calm, cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are so friendly and efficient. I was quite apprehensive when I saw the price of the food when I first went there but I really have to admit that everything we ordered tasted so great. I really think that this is just one of those restaurants where anything you order just tastes amazing. The only thing I was not all that excited about was their desserts, which tasted alright but nothing I could not find in another place. They were overpriced and the portions given were quite small. You can park along the road outside the restaurant but it can be a bit difficult especially on weekends.

Vin’s is the diamond among all the charcoals all around it; it glitters amongst the competitors, and probably and do taste better than most of them.
What makes them so special will be its interesting menus, where their food are very fusion based, with chicken nachos being one of my personal favorites. The soft chips perfectly compliments the sauce and the chicken, making it a dish for most to yonder so far away for.
The ambience is great too, with many cigars and alcohol available. I would say bring your friends to go there for a drink but then again, if you do, you would be spending a bit more than you should have in the beginning, right?

Vin’s is definitely one of those places where nothing you order can go wrong. Their philosophy is that they cook all their food to order using the freshest ingredients. A must try is their Spicy Lamb Ragout at RM30 and their Chicken Nachos at RM35. The lamb was very juicy and and not dry at all so their steep prices are well worth it I must say.
The owner himself is pretty friendly and tends to walk around greeting customers and regulars of the restaurant. Definitely one of TTDI’s best restaurants. Their desserts however are nothing to shot about as we had the Treacle Cake Pudding and it was pretty average.

Excellent food and service. Vin’s has two separate menus, dinner & supper, which caters for those who are there earlier in the night and those later. The waiters here are extremely polite and courteous, traits which are hard to find in the Malaysian F&B scene.
Vin’s boasts a large selection of wine and tap beers! They even have cigars for sale.
The ambience at Vin’s is definitely one of a kind. It’s like home away from home. Definitely a good place to chill and catch up with friends over a pint or two.
