A haven for sneakerheads, Sole What often has a great collection of sneakers, streetwear and even funky accessories. They’re up to date with the current trends and what not. Although, i often realise the workers don’t actually know the going ons. They often have to refer in the backroom with whatever question i dump on them. Nonetheless, they get job done. What caught my eye the first time i walked into this store was the variety of brands they have here. You’ve got your Converse, Docs, Nike’s, Adidas, Lacoste. The list goes on. And should you find they don’t have what you want on the rack, you can attempt at ordering from the cashier. He or She could hook you up with a pair in a few days. I got my Air Max here, it wasn’t in stock so i got them to order it for me. It arrived in a few weeks and it fit perfectly. However, i’ve come to a realisation that the prices here may differ from the actual stores. My Janoski was much cheaper when i got it at Nike. But the vans that i got here was much cheaper than the one at the Vans Store. So i’d recommend you do a bit of research before purchasing. But definitely check out Sole What. You won’t regret it.

Sole What is an established specialty sneaker /street wear store that stocks some of the more credible street wear /sportswear brands that aren’t widely available in Malaysia. This is a go-to place for sneaker heads to find that pair of kicks that the regular Nike store wouldn’t stock. They also carry apparel like Tshirts, jackets and jerseys, mostly from brands that the regular man on the street would have never heard of before. Shoe brands that you can find here include Nike, New Balance, Jordans, Vans, Converse, Reebok, Puma, Saucony, and more. Apart from the regular seasonal releases, they also carry special editions and collaboration pieces featured on sites like Hypebeast. Some of these sneakers may look ridiculous while some are highly sought after. If you have your eyes on a pair of sneakers that had just been released internationally, there’s a chance you can find it in Sole What. But you won’t be alone. Many sneaker heads constantly stalk Sole What on Facebook and Instagram, looking out for new drops which Sole What announces via social media. If you want to get that pair of kicks you’ve been eyeing, be prepared to drop whatever you’re doing and head over to Sole What as soon as you see them posted up on Facebook or Instagram. It has been reported that hot releases like Nike Roshe Runs in black, Free Flyknits and Jordans sold out within minutes of their announcements on Sole What’s social media. To cater to the increasing demand for kicks that appears to be fueled by the scores of posers in the Klang Valley, Sole What has opened another outlet in Mid Valley Megamall on the top floor, in addition to their original flagship store in the Gardens.

Sole what as it name suggests, is all about soles. Difference is that they care about soles with souls! Yes, always excited by the collection that they have here, you will surely like the place if you’re someone who is very serious about your shoes collection. Bringing in shoes models from different countries where you would otherwise find it hard to get elsewhere in Malaysia, you would want to thank them for the convenience that they have brought you. They do have some other accessories and also bags here on top of their shoes. Their staff are pretty friendly and helpful too Price wise, it might be a bit expensive but, if you think about the process that they have spent in deciding their shoes collections and bringing them in here, you would see why the price, and they are still reasonable actually.

One of sneaker heads playground, Sole What is a specialist in liimited sneakers. The store in The Gardens is tiny and pilled with a tonnes of rare sneakers. Browsing is not an easy task, but once you’ve scoured through, the offerings might excite you. Almost everything is limited editions here. However you can find the usual suspects like Converse, Dr Marten to Onitsuka Tiger. Besides sneakers, they have bring in a small range of caps, hats, accesories, watches and bags.
