Nice luxury in a very good location. The hotel has facilities like spa, restaurant, lounge. Staff were friendly but not too knowledgeable when questions asked at the concierge Spacious room and very comfortable. No Baby pool available. Even room guest have to pay parking.

When it comes to hotels, I just want facts. So, there are the facts. Pros: — friendly staff — spacious carpeted room — a separate shower and a bath tub inside my room — basic toiletries are provided + iron and ironing board in room. — 6 mineral bottled waters in the room. — across the street there is a mall and American restaurants to eat like Red Lobster — around the corner, there are coffee shops and a dance club if you feel like a night out. — breakfast buffet at Essence has a huge selection! And is overall very good — Indian food, American food, noodle soup bar, fruit bar, sweet Danish bar… Etc. the price is about 20 $ USD.(the front desk gave me a voucher that gives me 50% off my food. I think it came with my room package reservation) — for those who collect of the«spg» travelling points, book directly through their website to redeem points! — subway train is 1 minute walk away. Cons: — wi– if only inside room for one device. Additional devices cost extra. — in my particular room, the curtains don’t close. So the light from the LK tower was interrupting my sleep. I like to sleep in pitch black darkness. — there was a mini bar fridge that wasn’t even working. Beverages were Luke warm. — pool closes at 7:00 pm — 1 bath robe? For two people? Doesn’t matter too much but thought I’d put it down in case someone out there loves bath robes. Check out at 12:00 noon or late check out at 3:00 Taxi to KL Central to catch the KLIA express train will cost you 20 $ — Malaysian currency.

To be very honest, I have never stayed in Sheraton Hotel before. However, I’ve got something to say about them. Although I’ve never stayed there, I am there almost everyday for certain period of my life. I have been working there at the business building(same building with Sheraton Hotel) for 3 long years. I’ve dine in their restaurants(Villa Danieli, Essence and Toastina café) and been around using the same facilities as the hotel guests such as their restaurants, parking lot and sometimes the lobby entrance. Though I’ve never stayed there, I’ve been there longer than any of their hotel guests, and one thing that I can comment is that the hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. During my tenure there for 3 years, although I’m not the hotel guest, they always greeted me with a smile when they see me. Even their parking attendant are very friendly and attentive too. Having friendly and courteous staff is the most important thing for a hotel and Sheraton Hotel have them! And I’ve never heard of any complains from my family and friends who stayed there! :D

Came here to sleep during my event days since it was near PWTC and the VVIP’s were staying here to make sure to give them awesome hospitality. It was the last month in December and the lounge hotel was decorated with a Christmas tree. One of my first time staying in a hotel and perks of working in an event company, FREEFORME! Unfortunately, i could not take picture of the hotel as i was sleepy like a duck coming back and wanting to sleep. The next morning, it was a buffet style breakfast but i could not take my time as we were rushing for time to PWTC for Fifa World Trophy Tour last year. The room was a double bed with tv and dressing table, the toilet is amazing, curved in the corner, the huge basin with huge mirror with a shower and a toilet bowl parked at the corner. There is always a groupon deal for the buffet. Service is amazing.
