I’ve been there twice, food was tasting good but a bit pricy. Creamy Spaghetti with crispy bacon is named ‘wolf’s favorite’, the other one is pork steak, but personally considered it’s not tender enough, but both are good try.

For someone who likes pork dishes a lot, I doubt if I’m returning — I never say never though. Looking at the weekday dinner crowd, I actually had pretty high expectation towards the place. The fact that I have heard good things about this place also heightened my expectation — so it can be concluded that I was quite disappointed with the place. They do have an interesting menu, and happy hours promotion which one of those would be their ribs that comes with two free cocktails. However, the ‘just another pork chop’ — I’m not saying that it’s just another pork chop, but that’s its name — OK — was just A-OK. In fact, I felt that it was slightly overpriced at RM41 for it, which I would still definitely prefer S. Wine’s pork chop. I had a pint of Hoegaarden, which in my opinion it tasted watered down. Of course, I’m not entirely sure about that. But one thing which was really not good was the iced mocha that my friend had ordered, it tasted like bland coffee with too little milk, and we could barely taste the chocolate part. Of course, there might be a possibility that we just didn’t order the right food here. Till I try their good picks, three-stars will be it for now.

Good food at a reasonable price. Excellent service too — well worth the trek to level 7 of the Pavillion… Would have given higher rating if there were more draught beers on offer — though in fairness there is a wide selection of bottles beer available.

The moment i stepped into this restaurant the interior and name itself reminded me of Three Little Pigs and Big Bad Wolf so i suspect it may be the same owners venturing out with a new concept but still maintaining the pork menu. The waiters were friendly and attentive, giving us time to look through the menu before taking our order. Pasta and asian dishes were available on the menu, mostly with pork of course so this is a bacon lover’s heaven. There is also a variety of beer and wine available which makes this a great place to hang out after work. I went with the bacon and leek soup, roast pork fried rice and pork skewers. The creamy soup was really appetizing with pieces of bacon in it and the pork skewers were grilled on lemongrass sticks which was a clever asian twist served with sweet chilli. Unfortunately my roast pork fried rice was the least impressive of the lot as it was rather salty and the roast pork wasn’t crispy at all. I could have gotten way better roast pork from the hawker stalls. Despite that setback i will still be back for the pasta and other dishes to try.

First things first, the service is incredible. Even before you stepped into the café, the staff already started greeting you. Pigs & Wolf is a new café located in Pavilion that’s heavy on pork. It’s a spacious café which serves all day breakfast. So naturally, we ordered the breakfast. The fry-up was a bit too oily to our liking but the lattes were passable. If you’re not a brekky type of person, the main menu is quite impressive too. While almost everything is porky, stand outs include the pork kebab, garlic roast pork and spaghetti carbonara with cripsy bacon bits! As an avid bacon fan, I must say it was very porklicious!

If you wanna have a good brunch for a reasonable price, you can give a try to this restaurant. The place has a nice menu with a variety of dishes for brunch and dinner. It has a nice concept for the food: they have pig meat for the day(casual all day breakfast) and Wolf for the evening(more formal-ish, wine bar), therefore, the menus are a little different. the place is perfect for the pork lovers out there. I tried their signature Pasta, Wolf’s Favourite, which is Spaghetti Carbonara on Steroids and for desert I tried the Fatboybakes cake. The food was very good, but the service level was a little low.

Pigs a Wolf has been given a fond nickname amongst my friends. We call it Bacon Orgy. This place boasts to be very non-halal and they try to include pork in just about everything on the menu. If you like bacon, you will like this place. If you don’t dine on the swine I would stay away. My favorite thing on the menu is this meaty pork pasta. The exact name is eluding me at the moment but I will attach a picture. This pasta is kick ass. It has just the right amount of kick and a heaping portion of different kinds of pork. The meatball is awesome. Breakfast here is also worth a try. They have a big American style Breakfast that I believe is available all. Prefect for those days when you were to lazy to go out for brunch before all the places stopped serving breakfast. They also have some pretty delicious drinks to try. Both alchoholic and virgin. I also, like their beer. The Kronenburg Blanc is worth the extra bit of money.

I’ve heard a lot of amazing things about this restaurant before I got the chance to go there and check it out for myself. I had a really good meal for brunch, but I’m not too sure about the service. Although the staff was very friendly, I felt like they were a little unprepared, asking the same questions over and over and making rookie mistakes. Aside from that the experience was good, the ambiance was very pleasant and the food was really good. We were there at brunch time and it was great. I had the ‘So hungry I could eat a wolf’ breakfast option, and it was very well made. The price of this particular choice was reasonable, but I did notice that the rest of the options were way above what I would have expected. Overall a good experience and I will be coming back for brunch again!
