I don’t know since when we had bagel joints in town? I only ever remembered eating so much bagel when I was in highschool. It’s an American thing. They just love bagels, and I used to buy the wheat with raisin flavored one. Perfect to fill me up for lunch without really stuffing my face.
At B for Bagel, the types of bagels they had was more than the ones I’ve ever tested! Among the flavors of bagels are the plain ones, cinnamon, blueberry, chia seed, sesame seed, whole grain and the poppy seed bagels.
Since I’ve always been into it, I might as well pick up a few pieces the next time I got there again! It’s not a common thing for Malaysians to eat bagels but once you know it, I will be part of your home kitchen needs! Bagels are great when toasted, eaten with jam or a spread, or if you prefer, just plain!
This shop also sells 100% green avocado juice which is rare. You hardly ever come across a shop that sells avocado juice. Mark your memory and hold on to this one!

Finally I found some place that selling pure Avocado smoothies. B For Bagel provide 100% pure fruit juice from avocado. I love avocado smoothies not only because it’s healthy but also it’s tasty when it mix with some chocolate syrup. It’s also quiet filling if you have it all at once, so you can take it as one of the healthy diet plan to replace carbs. I have it most of the time when I was in Bali and Singapore but it’s really hard to find it here in Malaysia. I’m really feeling happy that I finally found one. Here, other than chocolate you can also mix it with other fruits such as green apple, banana, orange and carrots. It’s cost only RM12.90. Wanna do it yourself? You can buy the fresh Avocado here also with only RM6.50 per piece.
B for Bagel also selling some other bakeries and breakfast. It’s a small stall located at the lower ground floor in Publika near to «Eat for Village» the food court.
