I went to Loud Speaker for my friend’s birthday. From afar it looked like a small scale Chinese karaōke place and I was right. The venue overall was much smaller than that of RedBox. The room though, can be comparable. We had about 10 of us and the we filled up the entire room. To be fair, there was an empty space for dancing in front of the screen. The food and drink was alright. Better than expected. I did enjoy myself singing many old school English songs, but that was about it. There were not many of the latest English hits. Their overall English song list was limited. Most of us do not speak Chinese, so I can’t judge if there is a good listing of Chinese songs. Service was alright, although the waiter once forgotten one of my friend’s order. Can’t blame him if there are 10 of us ordering at one go. Also, it took quite some time for our drinks and food arrived to our room.
