It might come to a surprise to you that a foreigner are the chef and I have to say, she does it quite a remarkable job. Even better than many local chef. I first knew her when I was about 5 years old, she was chef assistant of a chinese lady but after the chinese lady’s retirement. She took over and sell her food in Restoran Jom Sama Sama for about two years now. I am pleased to say that her Wan tan noodle and piquant sharp curry noodle are delish! Especially her curry soup base. They taste extremely pungent and firm. I must say that she did blend the curry soup correctly. I give props to her especially she learn everything all by herself. Quite a role model to other foreigners. Just a reminder though, she charge pretty expensive with her curry noodle. RM6 for a big bowl but with a big portion which are comprehended. So why wait? When you can taste a curry of fineness?
