Taman TAR is my favourite place to jog at. Despite being in a residential area with a two way tar road for vehicles to travel on, the whole area is covered in tropical green trees. Think fresh air! There is a long jogging track for joggers to jog on. A complete round with a mixture of uphill and downhill slopes(good for building some leg muscles, if you will) would estimate to about 2 km. It is a safe area, and there are usually many other joggers around in the evening. I do warn you on one thing: there are hundreds of monkeys who are not afraid of humans(and cars apparently), so beware! Still, I haven’t heard anyone being harmed by them yet. In fact, many people and tourists drop by Taman TAR to see and feed these monkeys. There are also wild boars that are just right across the road from where the monkeys gather, but don’t worry these wild boars would never step out onto the road. It’s quite a sight, really. I still stop to take a look at these animals in their habitat.
