Only in Japan can a McDonald’s receive a five star rating. This McDonald’s totally deserves the praise. My host family’s house was conveniently located a couple blocks away from here, and I would walk past it everyday while going to school. I didn’t eat McDonald’s often, but when I did, I preferred to come to this location because it was clean, orderly and they had COUCHES! Super comfy to eat your fries or ice cream on a couch/easy chair. The service at this location was always impeccable, and Japanese McDonald’s has some awesome advantages over its US counterpart. For example, the portions are a lot more reasonable in Japan, you can order tea as your beverage, and they always have a new food item promotion every month! Oh and the ebi burger(shrimp) was pretty good too by the way =) All in all I wish our McDonald’s back home were more like this. But then again if they were it would make it more difficult to avoid fast food.
