Exelsior Cafe

Located in a business district this is one of a few cafes open in the early morning. Great place to get the day started if you work in the area. It is connected to the Tokyo Opera City. The desserts aren’t bad. I’m fond of the fruit crêpe cake and their iced coffee is almost normal size. (Unlike Le pain quotidian which serves their iced coffee in sample cups. This place is casual but most people will be wearing their typical office attire. The menu is half in English. The other half, drinks, are typical so if you can’t read it, just order what you normally get at a coffee shop and they will most likely have it. Except for frappacinos, don’t order one of those. It’s not Starbucks.
