«Torishiki» is a well established Yakitori place in Tokyo and it’s now really popular and it is very heard to book a seat (it is likely to end up waiting for a month or longer…). Their Yakitori is very high quality and everything is good at this place, but if you wait for 3 months (in my case) for Yakitori, your expectations grow in yourself way too much. With that much waiting, the food must be absolutely fantastic and not many places could meet that kind of expectation.
That being said, their Yakitori course is very well balance, high quality overall. Their service and the atmosphere of the place is quite good. You wouldn’t regret coming to check it out and the chances are that this would be your best Yakitori experience in your entire life. So, I’d definitely encourage you to go try it yourself, but just expect to be put in the waiting list.
