When this Starbucks opened 2 years ago, still the bank protection works were under construction but now you don’t have to see heavy machinery between Tamagawa river and park.
The view you can enjoy from here is one of the best among Starbucks in Tokyo, I guess.
If you are lucky, you can see Mt. Fuji over the Tamagawa river.
Also you can see woods, Kaminoge Nature Park (上野毛自然公園 in the Northeast.
In the Southwest direction, you can see bunch of tall buildings in Musasgi Kosugi (武蔵小杉) 4 Km away from here.
This shop is located in Futakotamagawa Park and in the park you can enjoy walking in the Japanese garden, Kishinen (帰真園). Good for kids.

About a 10min walk from the station. Far away from Whining babies and the Takashimaya/​Dogwood shopping crowd. Same menu you’ll find in any other Starbucks but the difference here, is the LOCATION. Next to the river and surrounded by a park. Peaceful and quiet. Always an open table or plenty of areas to sit outside. Totally worth the walk if you wanna enjoy a cup coffee in a relaxing environment. Say what’s up if you see me here :)
