If I lived in Shimokitazawa I would be at this café everyday. Seats less than 20 people and is a lovely smoke free environment (not sure if they allow smoking but there have been no smokers when I’ve been there). The banana bread is delicious, the chocolate cake is TO DIE FOR, and the service is great. They also have soy milk which I have found to be a rarity in Japan. It’s well lit, very clean, and has free wifi which is a perk (just ask the server for the password). Good music to boot! I love Delicafe23!!!
