There are a lot of materials such as bountiful of paper saucers, cups, wheat flowers for Okonomiyaki or Takoyaki, sauces and so on. It is for not only shoppers (for most part customers are perhaps shoppers) but also ordinary persons.
A big sigh shows that we teach you how to combine the wheat flour to cook Okonomiyaki (Japanese pan cake with a combination of wheat flower, pork, chopped cabbage, green onion, egg and water) or Takoyaki. (dumplings made from water, wheat flower, chopped green onion and octopus).
Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki represent Osaka’s cuisine. So I was curious for this shop and entered it.
The staff of the shop told me the best recipe for them and how to bake them. He is a typical man of Osaka (Naniwa no Niichan). Generally speaking, Osaka people are kind to others and tend to take care of others (Ossekkai).
I was also surprised to see a refrigerator or ice box crowded with many large bags of chopped octopus and squid. They can easily be used for shoppers. I had a fan time to experience Naniwa’s culture here.
