Don’t be confused: If you’re looking for this store, it’s at the 8th floor of Tokyu Hands.
The floor literally has almost everything! Pens, paints, tools, and art supplies. If you’re looking for leather crafting material though (like I was), they can be found at the 6th floor, the Hobbies/​DIY section of Tokyu Hands. :) The place is also home to many interesting Japan-​made pens like Kuretake brush pens and the like for calligraphy enthusiasts.
My personal haul for this trip included brush pens (Y200) bleach pens, fabric rulers (Y260), and a really cute silicon mold (Y700). BRING MONEY, and try your best to limit yourself! Haha!
