Good food and family/kid friendly place BUT the service can be slow and lacking specially if you have small children. I would still go back for their food!

It was late and I was craving a burger. Glad there was a place nearby and really glad I made it before last order. Unilocal and my belly led me to Burger Mania. With a name like that I know they should decent burgers right? I think so. The burger: Over 15 burgers to choose from. I ordered the special– pulled pork cheese burger with fries. At first I thought 1440 yen was a little too much for a burger. My appetite over ruled me trying to be cheap. I was expecting a typical pulled pork sandwich, shredded pork and some BBQ sauce. It ended up being the shredded pork grounded up to make the party. Nicely seasoned and juicy. My only knock/improvement is the patty should be the size of the bun. The lettuce, fresh, added a nice crunch texture to it. Fries were ok. No seasoning or ketchup needed. The beer selection– 2 craft beers on tap and many bottles. The beer: 2 beers on tap and many bottles to choose from. Went with a dark beer– Fade to Dark Ale by Left Hand Brewery. Went down smooth and really good in between burger bites. So good I had to bookmark Left Hand Brewery(Boulder, Colorado) and hope to stop by someday. The the place/service: Excellent! Had an American bar/pub feel. My waitress let me know about the last order coming up. Got my beer and food quickly. Got my burger fix and look forward to to trying different ones here sometime soon. #17/1002016 Unilocal Challenge.

Had a Saturday afternoon lunch with the grand kids. It’s location is on the second floor so you have to walk up some steps. We had a 15 min wait but that was ok. Coke comes in small glass bottles and they have about 8 types of beer. The burger was good and the bun was even better. I had to ask a few times for water but the service over all was very good.

Got a burger for take-out on a brisk sunny Sunday afternoon. The place was packed, but friendly server took my order immediately. Wait time was quoted at 15mins. I did some area shopping, came back 20mins later, and my order was waiting in a hotbox for me. I got the cherry burger without realizing that it also came with cream cheese on it. I would definitely have preferred Swiss or something else instead. Thus 4-stars instead of a perfect 5.

Best burger and fries in town! Meat from Japan local butchers, home made sake yeast buns. Actually my kid loves their well– grilled cheese sandwiches as well. Very child-friendly — the waiters always ask me if I want them to cut the sandwich into 4 so my daughter won’t make a mess. Very pet-friendly too — they have a nice pet-friendly patio. The only thing is that if you have a stroller, there are some stairs. The menu is deliciously diverse, yes English menu, including soup, salad, rice, and you can have your order custom-made, for example, vegetarian burger. My family“s favorite is blue cheese burger — all hamburgers and sandwiches come with a side of great fries, which can be upsize for free during lunch. Dont forget to ask. My daughters love their pancake too, everytime it rains in the afternoon, i take them here for a nice treat in this cozy place, with a vintage atmosphere. They have 1000 yen pancake value set on weekday afternoons. Also various kinds desserts: new york cheese cake, soufflé, milk shake, etc. My last special recommendation would be dont miss a sip of the special maruyama coffee, the best bittersweet bite of dark roasts. And if you are a cherry fan, dont miss the cherry pancake and the cherry pie, of course they have Cherry Coke too!
