When I was passing through this cultural facility, I felt nostalgia remembering my college days. I belonged to a club activity of college and practiced on dancing every Wednesday and Saturday.
There seems to be a large stage on the first floor, but I’ve never been there. We practiced on the third floor where there are two activity rooms and a small hall. We utilized either two activity rooms. At that time there was no air conditioner. So during summer time we flew much sweat, and drank some beverage during break. There was a drinking fountain in front of the restroom, which quenched my throat after an exercise especially during hot sweaty summer. Now there are air conditioners. However additional fee is charged if one asks for a air-​conditioned room.
In front of the hall there were some free parking lots at that time. A male member came here by car and drove a female member in the same direction. The parking lots are not available now.

Located in the area with shopping arcade, this hall is used for concert, theater play, or recital of club activities. The price are reasonable that university club activity or general clubs use it for there concerts.
I have been there for several concert. I joined the piano concert and played my violin there with my friends. The hall is huge but the sound effect were pretty nice, that I didn’t need to press my bow faster and stronger, nor had to use more pine resin. The back stage was quite unique as I remember the dressing room had a usual version and a traditional Japanese style with tatami.
I remember that the person there told me that as there are some Japanese classical theater are played it better to use such room.
Outside of the building there is a Karakuri-​Ningyo clock that comes out in specific time (sorry but I don’t remember when)…
