I feel like every review for Japan restaurants will be starting with«holy mother of god», but seriously, HOLYMOTHEROFGOD, this place was incredible. We got there right before 11am when they open, so were seated right away. I believe they seat 8 at a time, and you’re in and out of there pretty fast so the line seemed to move right along. We got the famed chicken ramen and the sardine-based tsukemen, as well as the crispy rice appetizer. Just like, I can’t describe it. That ramen was unreal. If it wasn’t so heavy I could eat it all day. I don’t even understand how they get the broth like that. And the chicken is so tender. The tsukemen was equally good, incredible flavor and texture. Just really enjoyed our meal here and realize we will never have ramen like this again. Crying now.
