Big fan of Washi(Japanese paper)? My kids were once so into Washi, and yay we found Kyukyudo is a Washi paradise! Kyukyudo probably carries the most various kinds sizes of handmade washi in Tokyo, and very traditional ones, while I was so surprised they have so many Japanese postcards and letter sets. It’s always so nice to send Japanese seasonal postcards to family and friends. Kyukyudo is a stationary shop with long history and tradition, and you’ll find all the Japanese trational washi, handcrafts, calligraphy supplies, stationary, etc. you want, and it’s just across the Mazuzakaya department store building at Ginza. Don’t miss it next time you visit Ginza, you’ll doubt if you walk in a nice Japanese shop in Kyoto!
