Not only is the ramen terrific, this place had my favorite gyozas in all of Japan. Total hole in the wall, we stumbled on the place as we were staying down the street and were super hungry from walking all day. We actually ate here twice during our 3 days in Tokyo. I tried the Udon first (the machine gun). Udon noodles were great but boy, was this spicy. Switched to ramen the next time around. This is more of a Tokyo style ramen with a lighter broth than say Ippudo so it’s more of a chicken noodle soup type base. Not spicy so excellent for a cold day (or if you are sick).
