My favorite tsukemen in Tokyo. I have train the much talked about Rokurinsha and honestly, it doesn’t taste very special to me. Tsujita however, is so satisfying. The broth is thick and rich and their noodles are a perfect consistency. In addition, their soft boiled egg is perfect every time and the addition of sudachi(a type of Japanese line) really cuts through the rich broth with a very lovely sharpness. The kuroshichimi(black chili powder) is also aromatic and a wonderful pairing with the noodles. Definitely recommend this place!

this place is my favorite separated ramen so called tukemen style ramen shop. i went there on my way to my company at the evening time on Friday. it was 5 pm maybe when i arrived the place, but no one was in the line so i could go in smoothly. the wait times until the ramen comes up, 10 minute on average. the portions of the noodles is 250g as it seemed a lot for a woman but its surprising that many Japanese women comes this place by alone. i really like this tukemen! I’ve added a lots of black pepper and it turns more delicious! the soups of broth is based on hinai jidori which is a Japanese high grade chicken, it was savory and very rich. if you are looking for a memorable ramen in Japan, this place is the recommend.

This place was awesome. I came here as an alternative because Kanda Matsuya was closed and I was in the mood for Soba. I then came here to satisfy that need with ramen and I’m glad I did. Judging by the pictures on Unilocal and Google, I thought the wait was going to be long on this cold night, but it was pretty quick(about ten to fifteen minutes of waiting when the noodles were served to me). They include cold tea while you wait as well. The soup was not as hot as I would like it, but it was very good nonetheless. This was the first time I’ve had ramen where the noodles were served separately from the soup. Adding lemon and pepper to the noodles before putting them in the soup was a perfect combination. The pork was delicious as well. I was still hungry after finishing out but as ramen usually turns out in one’s stomach, you just wait a while and you start to get full as of the noodles are expanding in your stomach. That being said, I definitely need to wash this oil down with some dessert :)
