Very poor customer service. I was very disappointed with how they treated my elderly mother-in-law. They were unfriendly on the telephone and in person. While they have clean and modern facilities, they need to train their staff better. Both the receptionists as well as the doctors were impolite and brusk and made my mother-in-law feel as though they were more concerned about making money than about her health.
