Love it, great atmosphere and great food. The hosts and hostesses dress very snazzy as well. Bravo

I’m hit and miss with this place. It’s got a great location, in the breezeway under the basilica. Plenty of alcoholic beverages, but the menu fare is limited and frankly a little overpriced for what you get, with the exception of the Caesar Salad(which is more like a Cobb Salad with eggs, bacon, spinach and other tasty stuff). Here’s the breakdown: Coperto: € 2 Aqua 50 Cl: € 1 Aperol Spritz € 3 Toast: € 5 Pasta Pomodoro with buffalo mozzarella € 8 Caesar(Cobb) Salad: € 10 There’s also a € 12 morning buffet that probably would have been a better deal for the food, but if you’re wanting to chill in the shade by the Piazza, this is a decent place. *** You can call and reserve tables, which is highly recommended as the wait can be a while.

I really want to give this place a 4 ½ star rating. The outside seating is in a breezeway area under the Basilica Palladiana. The atmosphere is fresh and inviting. We took a stroll today through the centro and decided to stop here for lunch. We each tried something different and were pleasantly surprised by every choice. One thing I noticed is that the staff can get by in English. They put up with my attempt to use my weeks worth of Italian. I made a blunder here and there, but they were patient to figure out what I was trying to get at. This is already my second visit and I know I will be back. This is the perfect spot to bring family and friends to eat lunch and enjoy Vicenza.
