Super chic, awesome view right on the water (we knew we would love it because my brother noticed the bartender wearing a Pacha shirt upon arrival — and sure enough, it was one of our favorites). AMAZING fish (octopus, raw sampler appetizer — think a MUCH better version of sushi, monk fish, prawns, burratta with bottarga, so many new flavors) Also, not cheap — out of the highly touristy area around St Marks, in Dosodouro (a much cuter, more neighborhoody part of the city).

Such a lovely place. We were here 2 years ago after seeing the art exhibit Marvelous then and still marvelous today. Pricey but worth every penny. The view, the food, the service: all first class. Not to be missed

Une terrasse sur l’eau, un accueil irréprochable, attentionné, souriant et discret à la fois. On né peut qu’attendre ce qu’il y aura dans nos assiettes avec impatience.
La carte propose des plats tantôt inspiré de la mer, tantôt de la terre.
Le serveur, qui parle français, vient nous expliquer que deux autres plats sont exceptionnellement au menu grâce à la pêche du jour, on se laisse tenter.
Tartare de 8 poissons et fruits de mer simplement à tomber par terre, une occasion rare de redécouvrir des saveurs si souvent uniformisées.
Le second plat est à la hauteur du premier.
Un restaurant où se rencontrent raffinement, fraîcheur et saveurs.

Tucked on a quiet area of Dursoduro overlooking the water just on the opposite side of the Grand Canal.
Sit on the terrace and relax… enjoy the peacefulness of the evening as you watch the sunset with a glass of wine prior to dinner.
If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic dinner… this is the place!
The service is First Class all the way!

Their wine list is VERY extensive. It’s a HUGE book of wines from all over the world. Unless you know exactly what you want, I’d suggest just asking for suggestions after you’ve ordered so they can give you pairing recommendations.
The food is FRESH and top quality.
The presentation is artfully displayed.
Anything on the menu is fabulous… they specialize in fresh fish and seafood. They bring the fish and seafood available for the day out on a platter for presentation and selection. It’s so fresh that the lobster was still moving.
Our fish was perfectly prepared… along with roasted scallop potatoes and tomatoes.
Overall, this was the nicest meal we enjoyed in Italy.
The Ambiance, The Food, The Service, The Wine… it was a wonderful evening and one I will not forget.
