Definitely the best dinner we had in Venice! The little restaurant is situated off the standard tourist paths. The service is very friendly, food is very good and prices are absolutely acceptable.
The challenge you have to master, however, is to find the restaurant. It’s located at a very hidden little square and difficult to find, especially since the marked position here in Unilocal and also in tripadvisor is wrong! I try to add a photo with the correct position. But if you manage to find it you will be rewarded with a very good meal at a typical Italian place for a very good price.

The food was awesome, and so was the service, although there was only one waiter for all the tables. The only thing is that it was very difficult to find the place, as the cannaregio street does not correspond to the name of the street of the restaurant… We ended up walking for so long that we didn’t even know anymore how we find the place. But anyway, if you find it, go!

Situé à quelques minutes de notre hôtel, et après nous être perdus dans le dédale des ruelles vénitiennes, nous arrivons dans ce petit restaurant de quartier très mignon: une très jolie déco, un accueil très agréable, on nous laisse choisir notre table. La soirée s’annonce bien !
Une carte à l’italienne: antipasti, primi, secondi etc etc. .On nous amèné une petite bruschetta à la tomate faite maison et délicieuse, en guise d’amuse bouche pour nous faire patienter.
Puis nous partageons une entrée, salade de roquette, speck et parmesan, et on craque pour des pâtes (linguine pour l’un, gnocchis pour l’autre). Pour finir sur une note sucrée, on se lance pour un tiramisu et une panacotta.
Nous voilà repus: un vrai repas à l’italienne avec des bons produits et du bon vin. Attention, pas de pizza ici, c’est un Ristorante et non une Trattoria.
Et on a même eu droit au petit verre de Limoncello avant de partir. Tout ça pour une soixantaine d’euros à deux: rien à redire !
Ce restaurant a été une agréable découverte. Né vous découragez pas pour le trouver, ce n’est pas facile avec toutes ces ruelles, impasses, petits ponts et placettes mais une fois trouvé, vous né le regretterez pas !

Pour notre premier restaurant à Venise, nous cherchons un endroit proposant des produits locaux et frais. Les avis nous mènent jusqu’à La Colonna.
À l’écart des places et rues très touristiques, c’est sur une petite place qu’on découvre ce restaurant d’une trentaine de couverts à l’intérieur et d’une vingtaine à l’extérieur sur une très jolie terrasse. On s’installe à l’intérieur, dernière semaine d’octobre oblige, la température n’étant pas très élevé.
Je prends pour ma part un cocktail typique de Venise, le Bellini, celui-​ci était très bon.
L’entrée était très bonne. Quant au plat, j’ai pris une assiette de spaghettis avec des fruits de mer, celle-​ci était vraiment excellente. Pour finir je choisis un tiramisu maison, et beh je dois dire que je n’ai jamais mangé aussi bon tiramisu de ma vie (et pourtant j’en ai goûté pas mal), il était tout simplement parfait.
Concernant l’addition, les prix étaient tout à fait correct pour Venise.
Si je devais mettre un bémol, c’était qu’un des serveurs était très amateur, il a oublié certaines choses et ce n’était pas très clair au niveau de l’addition. Mais vu le rapport qualité/​prix qui était très très bon, j’attribue quand même 5 étoiles !
Foncez-​y, vous serez très bien accueillis et mangerez d’excellents plats…

The food here was spectacular! Ordered seafood linguine, and we also had seafood salad and carbonara pasta. House wine was 12 €-for a bottle and not a glass! And it was good wine. One of the best meals that I had in Italy. I think that people earn you of places that have menus in 3 languages, but this place was great! I’d love to have their seafood linguine again!

Total nett Atmosphäre und beste Lasagne, die ich bisher gegessen habe. Preislich mit unter 10, — € für Venedig ein Schnäppchen. Wir waren auf Empfehlung unserer Hotelrezeptionistin hier und es bestätigt sich: da, wo die Italiener selbst Essen gehen, ist es gut, auch wenn hier keine hübschen Tischdeckchen auf den Tischen legen… Die Einmal-​Tischdecken müssen in den anderen Läden ja auch irgendwie finanziert werden ;)
Coperto ist mit 1,50 € ebenfalls unteres Mittelfeld.
Der offene Wein könnte allerdings besser sein. Weinfreunde sollten sich dann lieber eine der Flaschen gönnen.

Just 5 minutes brisk walk from Rialto, but easier to find from Fondamente Nuove, straight up Calle del Fumo. This place is just at the end of my street and round the corner and they are a perfect local, always offering a drink and a chat. There have been several staff changes but the food has always been good, pleasing even my most demanding guests. The owner, Antonio, is a really lovely guy, and is truly a good neighbour! Always try the specials, the risotto and the liver pasta (sounds strange, I know) is amazing!
