This is a cozy little wateringhole near the Museo Guggenheim. They have good appitizers, friendly service and are popular with interns from the museum, students from the nearby Wake Forrest overseas program, and other expats. I had the Blanche Bruxules, which was a nice white beer.

I don’t know what place the previous reviewers went to but this place was absolutely not 5 stars. The sevice was poor, almost rude, like we inconvienced them. Will NOT return. My spaghetti dish was straight out of the microwave… I saw it come out of the microwave, I’m not kidding. 8 euros, you get what you pay for or even less.

We walked by during the day, made mental note, and returned for dinner that evening. It was great. Friendly staff, great service, adequate pasta dishes, and chill vibe. Recommended!

This place is insanely amazing. The best drinks in Venice, great food, and at terrific prices. The owner Alessandro is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, and he’ll make you feel right at home. Don’t miss this place!!!

Petit établissement sympa pour prendre un spritz en passant entre l’Accademia et la Punta della Dogana, possibilité de manger sur le pouce.

This place is a real find for Americans in Venice. It is very near the Guggenheim and Academia Galleries. While it looks like a hole in the wall, it is a treat. There are tables in the back that don’t cost extra to sit at. The paninis are served hot and are under 4 euro. There is draught beer on tap. You can even get a 20 oz Guiness. If the bar area is crowded, you can order from outside and sit at the outdoor barstools.
