Pretty good pizza. Although Venice isn’t known for the greatest pizza in Italy, I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza here. Although it seemed a bit oriented for tourists and I think I spotted a non-Italian working in the kitchen, it was overall a decent lunch/snack(salad, pizza and wine).

Lasagna was delicious; large salad was tasty and appropriately sized. Calzone was enjoyable. Also tried the fixed price menu – here food was interesting(tried the sardines and cuttlefish with black sauce) but not amazing. Met basic needs, but food-wise was between 3 and 4. Servers were pleasant and friendly. Since the one writing this review had the least tasty meal, review total will be 3.

This informal restaurant serving local Venitian cuisine was a great find for us. Our hotel was across the Grand Canal from the train station, and this restaurant was just a couple of blocks behind our hotel. The service was friendly and professional, the food was exceptional, and we were even given a complimentary after dinner drink which added to the terrific ambiance.
