Trattoria Citta’ Di Pisino

This place is a bit like like dining in someone’s living room. It has a real old world charm to it, where the owner is serving you the food, advising you on the dishes and he only closes when you are ready to leave.
Don’t expect any polished tourist finishes here, but do expect friendly and attentive service. We were brought here by some Italian friends and that made the experience very easy for us in terms of communication, but the owner still explained every dish in English himself.
I found the food quite plain but I still enjoyed it hugely. The courses went from seafood soup, pumpkin soup with prawns, a fish pasta and then Seabass. Alongside this it was white wine which was lovely.
All in a great place for a meal and one which will give you a real taste of local cuisine.
