The hotel is on the third floor of an old building from the end of the 18^th century, and close to the central station. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is clean and safe. There is only a small sign outside the building, so it is easy to miss. The staircase is very beautiful and has an old iron well working elevator. Yes, the pictures look nice, but in reality the hotel and its interior as well as the parquet floor look battered and the furniture look like being taken from bulky waste. Showers have to be shared with all the other guests, smoking is allowed in toilet. Toilet seats are broken or soaked. One one morning, the showers had only cold water, as the boiler was out of order. The manager have had only one key left for my room, so he wanted me to hide it outside the room. Breakfast or meals are not served. Although the hotel is close to the central station and to the centre, I felt it was overpriced with 40EUR per night for a single room as it offered only low standard and old and broken interior.
