I love this museum. It scope is grand it it handles it well. You would be hard pressed to find very many other automobile museums in the world that have more or are better. The only negative is that the exhibits are euro-centric with a serious bent towards Italian and French cars. You are hard pressed to find more than one German, any Japanese and a handful of American Cars. Never the less, the exile is amazing and you will find cars here that are crazy rare.

We happened to have a cocktail reception in the lobby of the museum for a conference so the museum was open for us to visit. I doubt I would have chosen to do there otherwise but was quite happy to have visited it. Great selection of old cars from the beginning of automobiles to recent test models. My favorites were the turn of the century cars — fascinating and well displayed. It’s not all that big and as I said I went there for free, so don’t know how much it costs but if the entrance is more than 10 € I’d probably give it 3* instead of 4
