Nourriture locale excellente, bien plus qu’un fastfood ! La viande, le pain, les sauces, … Tout est parfait ! Les pommes de terre servies sont des«frites-chips», très original et délicieux ! Je recommande fortement !

In the land where slow food was invented the idea of a slow-fast food seemed really interesting. And when the place opened it actually was. Km 0 products, fast food dishes with a local twist, that was a good idea. But then the idea evolved, and now the concept of «quality burger» is wide spread. And this place did not step up. The food has much lower quality with respect to when it opened, and it is now much more similar to mac donald than before. It’s a pity, the place where quality fast food was invented in Turin is now just a bad place where to eat. Do not come here

WOW the idea of starting the first Piedmontese«slow fast-food» chain in the world really is genius. Piedmont’s specialties prepared with the best local products(baked cheese with truffles, baked cheese with pears, hamburgers made with local meats, anchovies in red pesto, cottage cheese in green pesto, and so on) can be ordered in a quick and easy way, directly at the counter like at MacDonalds. The place was originally called MacBun(which in the local dialect means«not bat at all») but they were forced by the big M to change their name to M**Bun. :-)))
