If you like to wait in long lines and wait for your check in this is the hotel for you. The rooms are dirty in the Volcano towers. Landscape sucks. They don’t supply you with towels at the pools. The water slide was closed very disappointed. The only good thing is they upgraded my room to a cleaner and newer room. also you can’t pay cash anywheres you have to put it on a hotel spending card.
