Unexpected and definitely a great experience.
The two of us in a class of 2 learned about the simplicity of cooking great Italian food, fresh local ingredients and a passion for cooking.
The kitchen was set up more like an upscale residential kitchen then a commercial one and we felt like we were preparing for a dinner party. Chefs great personality, wine and great food made this one of the highlights of our trip to sorrento

We just had an amazing experience with Antonino of Quanto Basta. Antonino runs cooking classes and private dinning experiences with a unique Italian flavor. He is an excellent cook and teacher and makes the cooking experience unique and fun. Expect to be cooking quality Classic Italian dishes. He pairs the meal with tasty wine, cheese and meats. He is also delight to converse with. By far the most enjoyable experience we have had so far in Italy.
