I am having major issues with items purchased at this store; BEWARY!!! BEVERYWARY if you purchase anything!!! I will post again as this situation progresses. At this time this store is not even worth one star but since I have to pick a star, I guess it will have to be one.

My wife and I found this store on our trip to Italy in July of this year. They have amazing wood inlayed furniture and some of the best prices around. Peppe thier head sales guy/owner was very nice to work with and gave us a better price. We bought a game table and for chairs. The purchase was very expensive. We paid with our AMEX card. Peppe said we would get the furniture in 5 weeks, middle of august. When I called in August he let me know the factory was closed and they they would not be open till Sept. In July they did not tell us they need to make the table. I waited a few more weeks called again and they said that we should get it in another few weeks. I sent several emails in Sept to get the status and have not gotten any word back. It’s been close to 3 months since we ordered it and they’ve had our money. While they have great products, they have terrible customer communication. A simple email every week updating me would be helpful. I’ve turned the situation over to AMEX to resolve that either we get the merchandise in the next week or 2 or we need to cancel the order and give us our money back.
