Mixed feelings here.
Pro: the panini are very different than the others on offer at the airport, there’s a huge variety, and you can get a quite decent glass of wine for € 5.
Con: the panini are half the size of the others in the airport and set you back the same amount. I’m not sure they’re interesting enough to balance that out.
On the bright side, I did not have the service problems others had, so they’ve fixed that.

I picked this place for no particular reason while waiting for my connection. There were a few people eating here so I figured it was a safe bet.
Clean, quiet, and close to the departure gates so I waited to be seated. I ended up placing myself in the line of sight of one of the staff and then essentially selected my own seat when she heeded off in a different direction.
I was going to order their Maya burger which looked good on the menu, but when I heard them explain to another patron they were out of guacamole I changed to their «Hamburger Giusto.»
I asked for sparkling water and got still the waitress was embarrassed and brought the right bottle.
It turns out that a 200g burger is almost half a pound! I ate it without the bun in order to finish. If my wife was with me we would have shared this.
Tasty and a lot of food for the price. If they Sort out their staff response they can easily achieve 4-​stars.

Je suis très déçue par cette chaîné spécialisée dans les paninis, depuis 1900 et quelques soit disant.
La liste est longue et plutôt bien faîte: le classement est fait par type de viande: du jambon sec affiné au jambon blanc, le salami, le saumon… et même végétarien. On s’attend vraiment à quelque chose de bien.
Mais quelle déception quand son panini arrive, déjà il est tout petit. Ça vaut un demi panini de chez nous.
De plus, le pain est complètement industriel, et n’apporte rien de bon au panini!
La mozza est bonne mais en couvrir la moitié du panini c’est abusé!
Heureusement la bressaola était bonne mais ça né fait pas tout malheureusement.
Pour les prix il faut compter 8 € pour le panini.
La seule bonne chose, est mon jus d’orange pressé servi généreusement qui a bien accompagné mon repas!
