The rental price of these cars is attractive. Unfortunately I’ve been trying for three days to subscribe. I sent my US Driving license (issued by California), and my US passport. Unfortunately, the system also requires an international driving license and this is wrong, because it is not necessary to have an international driving license if you have a US license. Therefore I entered again data and images of my US license where the site requires an international driving license. Despite this I am told that it is missing an international driving license! I was also contacted by phone this morning, but I could not answer and they wrote me to call the number 800 900 700 button 7. I tried this, but operators in this number are not able to provide any significant assistance or help solving the problem. In addition, in response to my frustration, they hung up the phone twice. One of these operators is 60 693.
Both the site’s features, the information received by e-​mail, and the competence and courtesy of the operators are totally unacceptable for a service that caters to international customers.
