I came to the Vivi Bistrot with my son for their annual Thanksgiving Feast. As Americans(from California), we were bummed to be missing this traditional holiday in the States so we reserved a table for two and arrived around 7pm. It was decorated beautifully inside and out with lots of candles and holiday«stuff» everywhere. We were warmly greeted by members of the staff and seated promptly. My son is 12 and I do not drink alcohol, so instead of alcoholic drinks they created festive juice cocktails for us! Very gingery and delicious! Our first course was soup, main course we the usual Thanksgiving fare of turkey, stuffing, potatoes, and veggies. Dessert was pumpkin pie and brownies. Everything was delicious and I know my American forefathers are rolling in their graves as I say this but the pumpkin pie here was THEBEST that I’ve ever had. The ambience was lovely, all staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Our fellow diners all seemed to be enjoying their meals as well. We had a great meal and would recommend the Thanksgiving meal to anyone visiting over this holiday in the future!

The caffee: we sat for coffee after a lovely exhibition of costumes from Italian film that was lovely, unfortunately the service we got did not measure up. Three confused waiters tried to take our orders after it had already been taken. When it was taken the waiter insisted on only us ordering the drinks… So we did, he left and came back to take our food 3 minutes after. Guess he had limited memory capacity. When our order arrived I was missing my tea. I waited, nothing happened. Then the waiter asked if we had everything, with a confused look, I asked for my tea again. I never got my tea. But it was on the bill. I didn’t pay for it. Not good service especially for the price, the one star is for the awesome cheese cake.
