A very friendly neighborhood restaurant that invites the out-outsider to quickly create a destination to end your day of being a tourist. Nice menu, fair prices, and short walk from the hotels which are just outside the normal tourist area. My recommendation, pick a hotel near this restaurant so you can relax and talk about your day.

They get one star because the quality of the food was good. Nothing you can’t get in Rome. The service was terrible. I should have gone to the tent next to the hotel. I am seriously thinking about just getting up and walking out.

Terrible service. Had just hopped off a plane and was starving, clearly not looking my best and just wanted a pizza. This restaurant was the closest to our hotel so we went. As we got there the staff wouldn’t even look at us and we had to ask 3 people for a table. Food was average, nothing special for the price. Unless you are dressed up in designer, good luck getting service. Disgusted. Will not be going back…

Expensive — but it’s in Parioli, which is a bit of an upscale neighborhood in Rome, so that’s expected. Food — top notch. Pizza was fantastic. So was the tortellini with pistachos(OMG) and the cod was amazing. It’s also open all the time(most nice restaurants in Rome close between 2PM and 7PM) and the waiters are pleasant. Why am I not giving it more stars? The price. It just seems so expensive. The food is good, the location is near the hotel, but it is not a bargain.

We went here many times during our visit. Great pizza and calzoni. I always ordered the calzoni with cheese, tomato, mushroom and ham. I don’t think I can eat any American pizza anymore. Once you have pizza in Rome, you can’t go back! This place is open more often and offers take out so it made it easier for the family since it is harder to acclimate with children. They speak english. Menu is in Italian and English. Accepts Visa. I would recommend this place to others.

My husband and I went for lunch and it was just average. He had pizza and I had the lasagne. The one thing that was awesome was the salume plate(hams). It had plenty for two people, but then again it was also 18Euros. That being said, the prices weren’t great but it comes with the neighborhood, I guess.

We ate here 3 times when in Rome. It was frequented by the locals as well. My husband said it was the best pasta bolognese he has ever had. The pizza is thin but very tasty. They offer a wonderful selection. This restaurant is located near the Hilton Garden Inn Claridge which is where we stayed. I highly recommend this place.

We just arrived in Rome and are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Claridge(excellent by the way). At their recommendation, we went to Rossini. It was excellent. Our waitress was Juana and she spoke perfect english and was soooo helpful. Gave us great recommendations on what to order. Everything was excellent. We started with eggplant parmigiana as a starter(delicious) and a cesar salad, then their homemade fettucinni with meat sauce(veal) no tomatoes… amazing. And the lasagna, also excellent. Followed with apple strudel. Perfection. What a delightful first dinner in Rome.

Also eine recht klassische Angelegenheit.

we loved this place! We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn nearby and the front desk referred us. Everything was delicious. the waiter suggested a very nice bottleof wine tomgo with our meal and he was spot on. the lemon pasta is to die for! Lasagne is terrific… and the flat focaccia bread with olive oil is the BEST! Limoncello for dessert was good, too. we liked it so much we went back a second night !

Calzone — Awesome Pasta Fagoli soup — basically red beans and some kind of squiglies — tased like cajun Red Beans and Rice — I liked it but, wife didn’t Pasta with mushrooms — Bland Ravioli with chicken and spinach — okay Cappuccinos took abot 20 minutes but, in Italy no one is in a hurry. Waiter was indifferent, not excited to see us and not attentive but, he was okay.
