Slick. Modern décor. Good wait staff. Aye there for our last dinner as part of a Rick Steves tour. Would have preferred a different place. The food was supposed to be «typical Romano». I was not impressed by the lack of flavor in the pasta Bolognese or the conturno(side dishes). To be fair, this may have been due to the size of the group. There was 29 of us.

A decent place very close to Exedra Boscolo if you’re staying there. Service was not friendly but decent. We tried the pizzas and they were solidly good. I’d say it’s worth it if you’re in the area and want a decently good meal and don’t want to walk far because your feet are broken from walking all day or you’re too tired and contemplating room service. It’s good just not the phenomenal food you are hoping for when you’re in Italy.

I’ve been here twice so far and enjoyed it both times. They seem to prefer bookings but will let you eat without one too. I had the tomato and basil pasta one night and the nicoice salad another. Both were lovely. Complimentary bread, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff who spoke a bit of English, and I would say reasonable prices for their location. Both these meals were fume for dairy intolerance, including the two types of complimentary bread.

My wife and I have eaten at Target two times while in Rome. Good services and above average food

Beware! We were there at the end of lunch service. They turned off the lights and the greeter/cashier and our waiter tried to overcharge us. No itemized bill, cash only. A couple of scammers!

Was skeptical to go to a place named«target» as in the US it is a store with everything. This place has amazing food. You will not be disappointed. We ordered the house wine for 10 euros and the bottle was very delicious. They didn’t have a cheese plate but made one for us and paired the cheeses with jelly, honey and some other undefined substances that were delicious too. I had the spaghetti carbonara which was extremely flavorful and delicious. My husband had the gnocchi with clams and asparagus which was so great. The service was superb as well. There were many Italians at the Resturant and a handful of other tourists. Highly recommend!

We were told, by other visitors, that Target was a must eat. They were right. We ate here twice and were treated like royalty, tasty food and free shots of Limoncello with the mat rede. A definite would recommend.

Bland, forgettable food. Very touristy. Caution: the waiters may try to bully you into tipping, even though tipping is not customary in Italy. When I ate there, the waiter also brought his manager over to pressure me to tip. Beware of this tourist trap!

Very average, with poor value. Waitress refused to smile.

No, this is not the popcorn-smelling area of the department store Americans are familiar with. But let’s use the shooting target analogy for this review. This fine-dining restaurant cannot be seen from a main road, so you have to know about it(or search reviews). The restaurant is very popular, though. We had to book reservations even in spring. It has mixed reviews, but it was close to where we stayed and it was late, so after hunting a bit and gauging the place, we aimed at this spot. Once past the line of sight, we noticed the chic décor, and the clientele appear to be mainly local businessmen and couples, all dressed fashionably well. The only non-fashionable person eating there(besides us tourists) turned out to be the music man. We were the only tourists, or at least the only non-Italian speaking folk. We sat in the only hollow-point left, a table for two, far from the largest grouping(table of six). Review summary: Menu: Cross-hairs(we needed to consult with waiter to figure out what was what). Good range of selection. Food: Bullseye. Delicious food. No misfires for us. No plinking by this chef. We had four rounds: appetizer, salad, main, dessert. Atmosphere: Bullseye. Relaxing. Not so loud that you would need ear-protection gear. Service: 60-point ring. It was slow by American standards, but good enough. Seemed semi-automatic. Olive thing(our primer): Great. I haven’t had this in USA, and no recoil(no too much salt). Hand-loading is permitted. A wad of bread goes well at this stage. (see picture: ) Fagotti Tartufo(Ravioli) was very flavorful. Good grain in pasta jacket. Scaloppina tartufo(veal with black truffle sauce). Veal was of a good calibre.(see picture: ) Spinach was a small quantity but it was fresh and the sauce was a perfect complement. We were spent afterward.
