Hidden in a not so easy to find small street in the Tiburtina area, I found this Japanese restaurant thanks to a coupon on a popular social purchasing website and decided to give it a try. I am not a sushi lover and expert, but I like to eat it sometimes. As soon as we arrived we’ve been welcomed by both the owner(Jo) and a nice Chinese girl, which showed us the different options we could choose from. The restaurant has in fact some all-you-can-eat menus including Japanese, Chinese and Thai food starting from € 16 if you’re in a group, up to € 19 for solo visitors — drinks are not included; furthermore, if you order something and won’t eat it, then you’ll have to pay it separately: no waste of food then, but rather order gradually until you’re hungry. Our coupon was for sushi only though, so we didn’t taste any Chinese nor Thai food. The main room is very large, and there’s a large TV to watch sport events when there’s some. There’s also a large patio outside, a nice option for warm summer days(and nights). Service has been fast and polite, and food quality was very good. Sushi was made at the moment at a desk right in the main restaurant room and we could see it, so it was really fresh. Definitely a place to come back visit, but next time I want to try some Thai dish as well.
